State Update

• Alaska: Release 3 FROI and SROI 2008 — currently in testing
• Florida: Release 3 FROI and SROI mandate 2008 — currently being phased in with a tiered schedule
• Georgia: Release 3 FROI and SROI mandate 2008 — currently in testing/being phased in
• Virginia: Release 3 FROI and SROI mandate — planned for an October 2008 start; all carriers must be in production by July 1, 2009
• West Virginia: Release 3 FROI and SROI mandate — moving to an open market on July 1, 2008, with all carriers reporting; testing to begin April 2008.

Within the next two years, a number of states, such as Iowa, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Oregon, and South Carolina, may also be adopting Release 3.
