Industry launches data initiatives to battle insurance fraud
In recent months, a Fraud Data Working Group led discussions and focus groups to identify and outline specific data-improvement initiatives. At the core of the initiatives is better data collection, which will provide more actionable information to special investigations units and NICB investigators. The group developed eight initiatives to improve data collection, data sharing, and data analytics.

Alabama has joined the Child Support Lien Network (CSLN) program, bringing the total number of participating states to 22. ISO has added Alabama to the ISO ClaimSearch® Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) reporting service for participating companies.

Thanks to new coverage option selections for Universal Format reports, you’ll be able to enter both liability bodily injury and liability property damage claims for a claimant in the same accident.
