Decision Net® adds new public-records searches
Decision Net® provides searches of public records, criminal records, police reports, medical records, motor vehicle reports, and vehicle event data recorders (EDRs). Now you can also search telephone, watercraft, and aircraft information.
Phones Plus
Decision Net now offers Phones Plus, a new source for locating 100 million business and individual telephone records that are difficult to find, such as cell phones and unlisted numbers.
- The system updates listings daily.
- Search options include name/address queries and telephone number searches (reverse lookup).
- The system displays Phones Plus searches on the Public-Records Directory Assistance page of Decision Net on the ISO ClaimSearch® website.

Watercraft Search
A new Watercraft Search features ownership information, registration details, and descriptions of privately owned watercraft.
- The search covers most states and may return information such as owner name, owner address, hull number, and vessel name.
- Charges apply to only those searches that return matched records.
- A more comprehensive Watercraft Report is available for an additional fee.

Aircraft Search
The Aircraft Search may return information such as owner name, owner address, serial number, aircraft number, and aircraft description.
- Coverage is nationwide.
- Charges apply only to those searches that return matched records.
- The FAA Aircraft Report is also available at no additional charge.
