TRIA 2007 Filings Related to "Other Acts"

From this page, you can get status reports on ISO's TRIA 2007 filings relating to "other acts."

These filings withdraw ISO property forms and certain liability forms relating to "other acts of terrorism" and revise various other liability forms to address acts of terrorism committed outside the United States. Please refer to circular LI-CL-2008-015, dated January 10, 2008, for details.

The filings will become effective according to the normal filing and approval procedures in effect in each jurisdiction.
