Unit Statistical Reporter (USR)

The wcPrism Unit Statistical Reporter is a transactional-based solution for aggregating, valuating, and submitting unit statistical reports (USRs) to all the data collection organizations (including the independent bureaus and the NCCI) that require them. Unit Statistical Reporter is the only solution of its kind available on the market today.

A USR is a summary level report required at different intervals that must be compiled by each policy and contain all of the claims occurring over the life of that policy. The wcPrism Unit Statistical Reporter automatically creates a new USR report each time it receives a policy through the daily wcPrism transactional feed and continues to collect, aggregate, and organize payment transactions for each claim as they occur over the life of that policy. As the time intervals approach when each data collection organization requires USR reports, the Unit Statistical Reporter will then produce a "roll up," or a snapshot, of the aggregate totals populated in the required USR format and compare it against state-specific edits to help uncover and possible data and reporting issues.
