ISO's Insurance Information Exchange® (iiXTM) delivers the vital information you need to underwrite auto and property risks — when and where you need it.

Through alliances with premier data providers, iiX helps you make confident, accurate underwriting decisions. You can order a variety of underwriting reports custom-tailored to your individual needs.

You'll get:

  • motor vehicle reports (MVRs)
  • undisclosed-driver information with vehicle identification numbers (VINs)
  • credit scoring
  • A-PLUS auto and property claims-history reports

Instant access with point-of-sale processing
iiX introduced the insurance industry to point-of-sale processing in 1984.

Point-of-sale processing lets you verify underwriting information from applicants quickly and easily. The system virtually eliminates rejected applications — and costly resubmissions — by providing correct placement the first time.

With iiX point-of-sale processing, insurance companies sponsor underwriting reports for their agents, who complete a simple one-step process to access reports. The system quickly delivers reports to the agents. iiX can bill the report costs directly to the sponsoring insurer or agent.

Based on the underwriting information returned, agents can make a quick and accurate final decision on the application — by placing the business with the sponsoring company or by taking the application to another insurance carrier.

Convenient delivery options
Web-based delivery is a convenient method for many organizations, but iiX offers a wide variety of options for different platforms. Those platforms, including VPN and secure-transfer FTP, allow your data center to communicate directly with iiX and ISO to send and receive information. Batch-order processing is also available.

Choose from these delivery methods:

  • ISO Passport — instant access to underwriting tools from ISO and other premier information providers, all through a single interface
  • ExpressNet — our web-based delivery option that lets you order reports from the iiX website through any Internet connection and, in most cases, receive reports instantly
  • Express for Browsers — a user-friendly Windows-based software package that employs proprietary browser-based technology to access and deliver reports

With reports from iiX, flexibility is always key. You get the information you need based on your specific requirements.
