All ISO surveys come with High-Risk Notification Service — at no extra charge. If our field rep discovers hazards or conditions that present immediate potential for loss, his or her first call is to you, the underwriter. You'll also get a more detailed follow-up e-mail — including photographs — to document the hazardous conditions.
