Gary Kerney has been with Property Claim Services® (PCS®) since 1981. During that time, he has been responsible for catastrophe identification, loss estimating, and activities related to catastrophe response and mitigation. Today, he manages the operations of PCS, while remaining involved with catastrophe issues affecting both the private and public sectors.
Before joining PCS, Mr. Kerney served as an independent adjuster and regional value appraiser with GAB Business Services, Inc.
Mr. Kerney received his bachelor of arts degree from Rutgers College. He holds the professional designation of Associate in Claims (AIC) from the Insurance Institute of America, and he is qualified as a Registered Professional Adjuster (RPA). He is a member of the Loss Executives Association and served as the organization's president from 2000 to 2002. Mr. Kerney also serves on the Board of Directors of the Society of Registered Professional Adjusters. He is a member of the Response and Recovery Committee of the Institute for Business and Home Safety. In addition, he is an associate member of the National Emergency Management Association.
Mr. Kerney has authored numerous articles on catastrophe-related subjects. They have been published in the United States and Europe

Alex Korb

Alex Korb joined ISO’s Property Claim Services (PCS) unit in 2008. His work focuses on business development for PCS in the insurance-linked securities marketplace. Before joining PCS, Mr. Korb served in actuarial, risk management, reporting, valuation, and controller roles at a number of leading insurance and investment banking and securities organizations, including Prudential, Munich Re, Goldman Sachs, and AIG.
Mr. Korb earned his bachelor of science degree in economics and his bachelor of arts degree in mathematics from Binghamton University. He is currently enrolled at New York University’s Stern School of Business and is pursuing his master of business administration degree. Mr. Korb also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe) designations. |
