Powered by the industry-leading ISO Claims Outcome Advisor® (COATM), PICAS standardises the evaluation of all injuries. COA gives PICAS users access to a database of historical claims settlements using information covering 18,000 medical conditions. COA constantly monitors those values and updates the database, taking into account recent settlements and solicitors’ valuations.

Insurers can dramatically reduce the time spent by claims handlers inputting data, as they can import doctors’ reports directly into their COA database.
