Helping you achieve pre-bind quality assurance and contract certainty
You know that all the terms and conditions of an insurance contract — including policy wordings — need to be certain before policy inception. To help you achieve pre-bind quality assurance and contract certainty, we’ve created a single source of model wordings for use in the London market. At the touch of a button, the Lloyd’s Wordings Repository lets you view and download the wordings and clauses you need.
Features:
- Simple Search
Access a policy wording or clause by entering as little as a partial reference number.
- Advanced Search
Search by market, class of business, jurisdiction, or language. For each search, you can enter the text, title, or effective date to find the wording or clause you want.
- Actively Managed Content
The appropriate LMA committees review each submitted wording or clause. When the process is complete, you can be sure your wording is in current use, distinct from other wordings, and approved by the appropriate group.
- Submit New Wordings
You can easily submit new wordings and track them through the uploading approval process.
- Alert Service
You can opt to receive automatic e-mail notifications of new wordings added to the repository and of wordings archived or removed from the repository.
- My Favourites
You can select wordings and clauses from the search-results screen and save them for quick reference in the future.
- Document Repository Interface (DRI)
The repository offers DRI functionality to ACORD standards. That means you can search for and download wordings from the Lloyd’s Wordings Repository directly to your own systems through the Internet.
