ISOPAX Plus lets you outsource the entire audit process — including follow-up with vendors and final quality review. With ISOPAX Plus, you just enter your policy expiration information into the system (or use our optional data-entry services), and ISO's professional staff will do the rest. We'll monitor the vendor's progress to ensure timely completion of the audit, and ISO audit experts will thoroughly review completed audits against industry quality standards and your own program requirements. Simply download your completed audit report, including a standardized audit summary that helps reduce your internal processing costs. With ISOPAX Plus, we manage your premium audit outsourcing from start to finish.

ISOPAX Select provides the same management services as ISOPAX Plus, but we leave the quality review to you. The service is ideal for companies with their own staff of premium audit reviewers. ISOPAX Select streamlines how you manage your outsourced audits by letting you order and retrieve premium audits from the ISOPAX website. With ISOPAX Select, you can be sure you're working with high-quality vendors. And our standardized audit summary page will help boost the productivity of your review, rating, and data-entry staff.

ISOPAX Direct lets you order, track, and retrieve premium audits online, directly from ISOPAX Network vendors, streamlining how you manage your fee business. With ISOPAX Direct, you cut the administrative costs of working with multiple vendors, because you can manage the entire audit process from the ISOPAX website.

Auditmate® provides high-volume processing of mail audits and eliminates the labor-intensive process of managing them. With Auditmate, you can batch order your mail audits and distribute the orders to vendors who specialize in mail audit services. When your policyholders receive mail audit requests, they can either complete the form on paper or enter their exposure information online — directly into Auditmate on the ISOPAX website.
