ISOPAX Direct streamlines your premium audit processing with an online system that lets you order, track, and retrieve completed premium audits. The ISOPAX website provides a cost-efficient environment for managing all your premium audit activity — whether conducted by in-house auditors or outsourced to vendors. An added advantage of ISOPAX Direct is your access to a countrywide network of premium audit vendors available whenever you need them.

ISOPAX Plus allows you to select additional services that match your needs to the audit process. You choose the services that work best for you. With ISOPAX Plus, you can rely on ISO to perform some of the tasks associated with ordering an audit, including:

  • data entry services for entering your orders
  • managing and selecting vendors for you
  • performing a thorough review of your completed audits against industry quality standards and your own program requirements
  • providing a streamlined invoicing system

ISOPAX Turnkey provides you with all the ISOPAX options mentioned above, from A to Z. Simply download your completed audit reports, including a standardized audit summary that helps reduce your internal processing costs. With ISOPAX Turnkey, ISO manages your premium audit outsourcing from start to finish.

Auditmate® provides high-volume processing of mail audits and eliminates the labor-intensive process of managing them. With Auditmate, you can batch order your mail audits and distribute the orders to vendors who specialize in mail audit services. When your policyholders receive mail audit requests, they can either complete and return the form on paper or return the completed form online — directly into Auditmate on the ISOPAX website.
