The American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) has designated ISO ClaimSearch® as an authorized “data consolidator” for reporting information to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS).

Insurers, salvage pools, and recyclers, shredders, dismantlers, and junk yards can report required information through ISO ClaimSearch to comply with the NMVTIS reporting requirements.

The goal of NMVTIS is to help prevent the introduction or reintroduction of total-loss vehicles into interstate commerce. NMVTIS has established rules for compliance by state DMVs, insurers, and junk and salvage companies.
