How the system works

Our A-PLUS Property Characteristics Reports include ownership information, market sale and tax data, site information, land value, and location information. Reports include:

• year built
• roof type, shape, frame, and construction
• lot size and living area
• parking type and garage capacity
• heat type and fuel
• air conditioning system
• floor type and cover
• exterior wall, interior wall, and foundation construction
• number of rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms, and stories
• basement, porch, attic, and patio type and area
• pool area and condition

Each report will also tell you if a property is in an established flood zone. Available data will vary by county and state.
