ISO announces integration of XactAnalysis and ISO ClaimSearch

ISO’s Xactware subsidiary and the ISO Claims Solutions business unit are advancing insurer fraud-fighting capabilities by integrating two industry-leading claims tools: XactAnalysis^® and ISO ClaimSearch^®.

Customers who use both products can, on request, see ISO ClaimSearch information when a new claim assignment enters the XactAnalysis network. When you report a claim to XactAnalysis for a property damage appraisal, the system will send a search request to ISO ClaimSearch. If ISO ClaimSearch finds any prior claim matches in the database, those matches will appear as a report inside the XactAnalysis file.

By integrating XactAnalysis and ISO ClaimSearch, we’re creating a seamless workflow, providing users with a major step forward in the fight against insurance fraud. Claims professionals will see match information in the electronic file, which can help them detect and stop fraud without compromising customer service standards for meritorious claims.
