Training: The new focus of ISO ClaimSearch® user meetings

For years, ISO ClaimSearch® has offered live user meetings across the country to help you learn more about the service in person. In response to requests from our customers, we’ve altered the meeting agenda to focus more on training.

In previous years, the agenda began with an extended overview of ISO ClaimSearch. This year, the heart of the user meetings will be two demonstrations of the ISO ClaimSearch system: a personal auto claim and a workers compensation claim.

The demonstrations will cover:

• entering claims
• reading match reports
• updating claims
• using ClaimDirectorSM
• reporting to CMS using the ISO ClaimSearch Medicare Secondary Payer Reporting Service
• reporting to the National Motor Vehicle Title Information System (NMVTIS)
• VIN decoding
• accessing medical, public, and criminal records
• using OFAC LookUp
• performing link analysis and data visualization
• reporting questionable claims to the NICB

The meetings will maintain the same 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 noon schedule. Presenters will provide ample opportunities for attendees to ask questions.
