Rich Della Rocca is vice president — ISO Claims Solutions. He oversees the development and operation of several key claims management, compliance, and antifraud information and software solutions of ISO — including the ISO ClaimSearch® system and its Decision Net® public records portal, the NetMap® data analysis and visualization products, the ClaimDirectorSM scoring service, SIU Case Manager, and the ISO Claims Outcome Advisor® bodily injury and liability claims management suite of products.

Previously, Rich served as assistant vice president — ISO Business Development where he was responsible for identifying and successfully completing acquisitions and strategic partnerships in support of ISO's strategic business goals.
