Data Editing Resources, delivered through ISOnet, provide you with the tools and resources to edit ISO's statistical data — from a single source. Participating in this service proves to reduce time to delivery, processing, and additional costs incurred by customers. For more information, visit the ISO Data Editing Resources page.
Persons to Contact — ISO periodically issues updated listings of Persons to Contact for Statistical Related Questions to help companies contact the proper individual to answer data reporting questions. The listing provides details — by area of responsibility — on the name, telephone number, and e-mail address of the individual to contact for particular questions. The listing also includes additional detail of staff responsibilities to facilitate identification of appropriate contacts. We have added a new section displaying all appropriate contacts arranged by alphabetic listing of subject category.
Training for Texas Reporting — In June, 2011, ISO last held a two-day WebEx training workshop on reporting Texas commercial lines data to ISO. The workshop provided a comprehensive review of the Texas reporting provisions and an overview of the latest edition of the Texas Operating Procedures Manual. One session was specifically for CSP+ reporters, and the other session was for TCLSP reporters. WebEx training is just one of several training options ISO offers to meet your company's Texas training needs. You can find information on the options on the Reporting in Texas page.
