Conference registration
You can pick up your conference materials at the registration desk. The registration desk is open:
- Sunday, April 29, 2012 — 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- Monday, April 30, 2012 — 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, May 1, 2012 — 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Earn continuing education credits
By attending this conference, you can earn continuing education credits toward the following designations:
- CPCU
(Please visit the registration desk on Tuesday afternoon for the completion form.)
- RPA — 12 credits
(Please complete the Society of RPA’s continuing education application online at www.rpa-adjuster.com/ce-application.)
Registration policy
The registration fee includes the receptions, two lunches, two continental breakfasts, and refreshments, as well as all conference materials. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant.
Badges and admittance
Admittance to all conference functions requires an official 2012 PCS Catastrophe Conference badge, included in your registration materials. Please carry it with you throughout the conference.
Dress
Suggested dress for the conference is business casual. During May in Baltimore, the average temperature during the day is 77° and 58° at night. Meeting room temperatures vary greatly, so we suggest dressing in layers.
