ISO has arranged for a block of rooms for conference attendees at the Hyatt Regency Baltimore on the Inner Harbor at a special rate of $209 plus tax per night. To receive the conference discounted rate, reserve your room by Friday, March 30, 2012. After that date — or if our block fills — the hotel will accommodate you depending on space and rate availability. We recommend that you reserve your room early.
For reservations, call hotel reservations at 888-421-1442 or book online. To receive the special rate, be sure to mention that you're attending 2012 PCS Catastrophe Conference when making your reservation.
If you want to extend your stay, a limited number of reservations are available at the conference rate. The hotel will extend the conference rate three days before and three days after the conference based on availability.
The hotel requires one night's room and tax deposit and will hold your credit card number as a guarantee. If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 72 hours before your stay begins to receive a refund of the deposit. If you do not cancel within the allotted timeframe or fail to check in, you are subject to a fee of one night's room rate and tax.

Hotel check-in is 4:00 p.m., and checkout is at 12:00 noon.
