Special room rates
ISO has arranged for a block of rooms for conference attendees at The Westin Denver Downtown at a special rate of $185 plus tax per night for single or double occupancy. To receive the discounted rate, reserve your room by May 13, 2011.

Please note: If our room block sells out before May 13, the hotel will not guarantee the $185 rate. Please reserve your room early. After May 13, 2011, the hotel will accommodate you depending on space and rate availability.

To reserve your room, call toll-free reservations at 1-888-627-8435. To receive the special rate, mention that you're attending the PAAS Annual Forum when making your reservation. You can also reserve your room online.

The hotel requires one night's room and tax deposit and will charge your credit card when you reserve your room. The Westin Denver Downtown allows individual attendees to cancel reservations without penalty up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date. Any cancellation within 48 hours of arrival will result in a forfeit of your deposit.

Special notes about our room block

The 2011 PAAS Annual Forum room block is open only to PAAS subscribers and material agreement holders.
You must register for the PAAS Annual Forum to qualify for the special hotel room rate. If you don't register for the PAAS Annual Forum within two weeks of making your hotel reservation, the hotel will remove you from the PAAS Annual Forum room block.
The hotel will guarantee the special rate for our room block. Once the room block sells out, we cannot guarantee the $185 rate. Reserve your room early.

Check-in and checkout times
Hotel check-in is 3:00 p.m., and checkout is 12:00 noon.
