We must receive payment before processing your registration. Please complete a separate registration form for each person attending.
Registration policy
The registration fee includes all conference materials, as well as the reception and dinner, Tuesday's lunch, and breakfast on Tuesday and Wednesday. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant.
To include you in the preregistration attendee list, we must receive your registration by March 5, 2012. Preregistration is available until March 5. After March 5, you must register for the conference on-site. If you wish to register on-site, you should bring a completed registration form with you. If you are attending as a substitute for a previously registered person, you must complete a registration form including the name of the person you are replacing.
Confirmation
If you register online, we will confirm your registration with an e-mail message at the time you register. If you register by mail, we will confirm with an e-mail confirmation no later than March 5. If you do not receive confirmation by March 5, please send an e-mail to

Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your registration, you must notify us in writing by sending an e-mail to

. To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must notify us no later than February 1, 2012. If you cancel between February 2 and February 15, 2012, you will receive a refund less a $100 administration fee. We regret we cannot provide refunds for requests received after February 15, 2012. However, you may substitute an attendee at any time. Please see the registration policy for instructions on how to register a substitute.
Dress
Suggested dress for all conference functions and events is business casual.
