Special room rates
ISO has arranged for a block of rooms for conference attendees at a special group rate of $159, single or double occupancy, plus tax per night. Please reserve your room early. Call Reservations at 1-800-235-4670 and be sure to mention the E&S Forum. The discounted rate will be available until Friday, February 24, 2012, or until the group block of rooms sells out. After February 24, the hotel will accommodate you depending on rate and space availability. Please note that the group rate is available three days before and three days after the conference dates, subject to rate and space availability.
Deposit
To guarantee your reservation, the hotel requires a deposit at time of booking equal to one night's room rate and tax.
Cancellation
You must cancel your reservation by 3:00 p.m. the day before your scheduled arrival date to avoid any penalty charges.
Check-in/checkout times
Hotel check-in is at 3:00 p.m., and checkout is at 12:00 noon.
