ISO ClaimSearch® User Meetings
Mark your calendar for 2012
ISO ClaimSearch® is the insurance industry's comprehensive claims database. Companies use ISO ClaimSearch during the claim adjustment and investigation process to identify claim histories, questionable claim activity, and undisclosed duplicate insurance. ISO ClaimSearch also offers resources to help companies comply with mandatory reporting requirements of Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 and other statutes.
To review ISO ClaimSearch services, we provide periodic user meetings in major cities nationwide.
This year we will offer two types of meetings:
- ISO ClaimSearch/MSP user meetings are all-day meetings that run from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The morning session will help you get the most out of the ISO ClaimSearch system, and the afternoon session will give you information on the ISO ClaimSearch Medicare Secondary Payer Reporting Service and the reporting requirements of Section 111 of the Medicare, Medicaid, and SCHIP Extension Act of 2007 (P.L. 110-173). Please note: You can register for the morning session, the afternoon session, or both sessions. Lunch is included.
- ISO ClaimSearch user meetings are half-day meetings that run from 8:30 a.m. to noon. The meetings will help you get the most out of the ISO ClaimSearch system and supporting services.
The meetings for 2012 are:
All sessions are free of charge, and you may send as many representatives as you wish. But space is limited, and you must register in advance.
Who should attend?
All insurer personnel involved in handling and investigating claims — regional claim managers, claim representatives, claim supervisors, and investigators — should attend.
Don't miss these important meetings!
