Registration rebate — volume discount
If your company sends more than two attendees to the conference, the third and subsequent attendees will each receive a $50 registration rebate on the registration fee. ISO will credit this rebate to the original form of payment within 30 days of the conference date. Please note that any cancellations void this rebate.

Confirmation
If you register online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately after submitting your registration. If you mail or fax your registration, we will confirm your registration in writing by March 3, 2010. Please keep your confirmation ― it is also your receipt. Registration policies
The registration fee includes two receptions, two lunches, three continental breakfasts, and refreshments, as well as all conference materials. Travel and hotel accommodation costs are not included and are the responsibility of each conference participant. Payment must accompany your registration form. Preregistration is available until March 3, 2010. After March 3, 2010, you will have to register on-site at the conference. If you are attending as a substitute for someone who’s already registered, you must complete a registration form, indicating the name of the person you are replacing. To include you in the preregistration attendee list, we must receive your registration by March 3, 2010.

Cancellation policy
To receive a full refund of your registration fee, you must notify us by sending an e-mail to This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it   no later than February 5, 2010. If you cancel between February 6, 2010 and February 26, 2010, you will receive a refund less a $100 administration fee. We regret that we cannot provide refunds for requests received after February 26, 2010. However, you may substitute an attendee at any time. Refer to the registration policies for arranging substitutes.
