You can pick up your conference materials at the registration/information desk when you register.
Registration/information desk hours

- Monday, March 26, 2012 — 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 27, 2012 — 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 28, 2012 — 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Badges and admittance
Admittance to all conference functions requires an official 2012 IFM Conference badge, which you will receive on-site at conference registration. Please carry it with you throughout the conference.
Dress
Suggested dress for the conference is business casual. During March in Phoenix, Arizona, the average daily temperature during the day is 76° and 51° at night. Meeting room temperatures vary greatly, so we suggest dressing in layers.
