Exhibit space fees (per booth)
$2,495 — On or before December 31, 2009
$2,695 — After December 31, 2009
Your exhibitor fee includes
- 10' x 10' booth space
- booth sign with your company name
- conference badges for two*, giving you access to all conference events, including sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and breaks
- listing your company in conference promotional materials
- a preregistration list and postregistration list of conference attendees to help you identify sales leads
- security in the Exhibit Hall
*Charge for additional booth personnel is $400 per person.
How to reserve your space
- Select your preferred booth location from the floor plan.
- Complete the 2010 IFM Exhibitor Contract.
- Return the completed contract with full payment to:
