Exhibit space fees (per booth)
$2,495 — On or before December 31, 2009
$2,695 — After December 31, 2009

Your exhibitor fee includes

  • 10' x 10' booth space
  • booth sign with your company name
  • conference badges for two*, giving you access to all conference events, including sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and breaks
  • listing your company in conference promotional materials
  • a preregistration list and postregistration list of conference attendees to help you identify sales leads
  • security in the Exhibit Hall

*Charge for additional booth personnel is $400 per person.

How to reserve your space

  1. Select your preferred booth location from the floor plan.
  2. Complete the 2010 IFM Exhibitor Contract.
  3. Return the completed contract with full payment to:
