IFM has arranged for a block of standard rooms for conference attendees at Arizona Grand Resort at a special rate of $189.00 plus taxes per night for single or double occupancy. If you want to extend your stay, the hotel is offering the conference rate 3 days before and 3 days after the conference, based on limited availability. To receive the discounted rate, reserve your room by Wednesday, February 15, 2012 or until the group block is sold-out. After that date, the hotel will accommodate you depending on space and rate availability.

The hotel requires a credit card to guarantee the room. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to receive a refund of the deposit.
