Located within minutes of McCarran International Airport, Caesars Palace is a world-class resort with a proud tradition of taking excellent care of its guests. Guests can take Harrah’s free shuttle, which stops at all its Las Vegas resorts.

Special room rate — $199
For IFM conference attendees, we have arranged for a block of standard rooms at Caesars Palace at a special rate of $199 plus taxes per night for single or double occupancy.

The hotel is also offering the special conference rates for three days before and three days after the conference, based on limited availability, if you would like to extend your stay.

To receive the discounted rate, reserve your room by Friday, February 19, 2010, or until the group block is sold-out. After that date, the hotel will accommodate you depending on space and rate availability.

Deposit
The hotel requires a deposit of one night's room rate plus tax and will charge your credit card immediately. Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to the date of arrival to receive a refund of the deposit.

Cancellation
To receive a refund of the deposit, you must cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.

Check-in and checkout times
Hotel check-in is 4:00 p.m., and checkout is at 11:00 a.m.
